1. Provider and agreement
PageRook is provided by PAGEROOK LTD, company number 17415761, a UK private limited company with registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable use policy. If you use PageRook for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to this agreement.
2. The service
PageRook stores and serves static website files, manages previews and deployment history, and lets authorised clients such as Claude or Codex request actions through MCP. PageRook does not run customer server code. Features, limits, and assigned hostnames may change as the service develops.
The service is not an emergency service and is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Keep independent copies of content you cannot afford to lose. PageRook does not currently operate production backups and must not be treated as your only archive.
3. Accounts and connectors
- Provide an accurate email address and protect magic links, one-time secrets, tokens, and connected clients.
- You are responsible for actions approved through your account and for reviewing generated files before publication.
- Revoke an authorisation or credential promptly if a device, account, or connector may be compromised.
- Do not share access in a way that evades account boundaries, tier limits, or a moderation restriction.
4. Your content
You retain rights you hold in content submitted to PageRook. You give PAGEROOK LTD the limited permission needed to store, copy, process, validate, display, transmit, and remove that content to operate, secure, and enforce the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and its publication.
5. Starter trial, price, and renewal
- Starter includes one introductory 30-day trial per account. A payment method is collected in Stripe-hosted Checkout, and the trial begins only after PageRook receives or retrieves verified provider confirmation. Abandoned Checkout does not activate service or consume the trial.
- After the trial, Starter renews automatically each month at a fixed base price of £1 GBP until cancelled. There is no annual plan in this release. The first charge date and renewal terms are shown before consent.
- Stripe may offer card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, or another recurring-compatible method where eligible. Availability depends on device, browser, country, currency, customer, and provider rules.
- Where Stripe Adaptive Pricing is available, Checkout may display and renew in a supported local currency. The local amount can vary with exchange rates and may include a customer-funded currency-conversion margin, currently documented by Stripe as approximately 2–4%. Checkout is authoritative for the amount and currency presented before consent; PageRook does not promise a fixed USD, EUR, or other converted amount.
- The Starter subscription has a £1 GBP monthly base price excluding applicable taxes. PAGEROOK LTD is not currently VAT registered and PageRook's own Stripe automatic-tax collection is disabled. Stripe Managed Payments, through Onelink, acts as merchant of record and may calculate and add applicable tax before consent while handling its covered tax obligations. Mandatory customer tax obligations and rights still apply.
6. Cancellation, failed payment, and refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Link. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period, and access remains available until the provider-confirmed end date. Unless applicable law or an agreed refund policy requires otherwise, charges already incurred are not automatically prorated or refunded.
After a failed renewal, PageRook may allow a seven-day payment grace period. Account changes may then be restricted while existing public sites remain available for up to a further 30-day recovery period; after that, public serving may be suspended centrally. Billing lapse does not automatically delete content, and verified recovery restores eligible service. Country availability, sanctions, provider coverage, and legal or tax readiness may limit activation or renewal.
Contact PageRook for billing support, mistaken charges, refunds, or statutory cancellation rights. Nothing here removes a mandatory cooling-off, refund, chargeback, or consumer remedy that applies to you. Where you request immediate digital service during a cancellation period, PageRook may ask for the acknowledgement required by applicable law before service begins.
7. Limits, history, and deletion
Deployment-history retention is count-based by tier: Starter keeps 3 deployments per site, Launch 10, Growth 20, Agency 30, and Dedicated 30 unless custom limits apply. Creating another deployment may remove the oldest eligible deployment. Current, frozen, and active evidence-held deployments receive the protections described in the service, but you remain responsible for independent copies.
Site deletion removes public serving and permanently retires its PageRook address. Eligible hard deletion removes the site's stored files. Minimal hostname ledgers, audit records, trust and safety evidence, and records required for legal or security purposes may remain under the Privacy notice.
8. Suspension and termination
PageRook may restrict publishing, suspend public serving, preserve evidence, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, an Acceptable use policy breach, repeated evasion, or a legal obligation. Where lawful and safe, PageRook will give a reason and a route to provide remediation evidence or appeal. Urgent containment may occur before notice.
9. Responsibility and applicable rights
You are responsible for deciding whether PageRook is suitable for your use, maintaining independent copies, and checking content and links before publication. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Any further limitation or governing-law position must be read subject to the law that applies to you.
10. Contact and changes
Contact hello@pagerook.com about these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new version and effective date; where required, PageRook will request renewed acceptance before continued account use.
